$5 per referral to a cash back app. No purchase necessary 🧐??? Won't last long.

We are testing the referral program of this new cash-back app.

There are hundreds of retailers on the app, including everyday retailers such as Walmart, Macy's, E-bay, and more.

The wording makes it unclear whether or not your referral needs to make a purchase, but rumor has it that they do not need to do so for you to earn a referral reward.

So, in theory, a purchase is only required for the person you refer, in order for them to get their credit.

If this is true, there is a high probability that this referral program will not last long, maybe even only a few hours after this post.

Update

Rumors were wrong. This is not a good referral program at all. Support emailed me this:

"When you invite a user, the invitee must make a qualifying purchase of $25 or more within 90 days of creating their Active Junky account to be eligible for the bonus. Once the qualifying purchase is made, the bonus you receive can take up to 90 days to become approved for payout since the referral bonus is tied to the order the invitee has placed."

Rumor also has it they pay to Paypal or gift card, monthly.
