Who is eligible?
Women
Between the ages of 19 and 30
BMI in the range of 18-26
Healthy and non-smoking
Not pregnant or breastfeeding
Have both ovaries
Have regular periods and normal reproductive function
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work Visa or Green Card
Be able to provide detailed medical history for three generations of your family

As far as Fairfax egg bank referral program goes, it pays differently if you are an egg donor yourself than if you are not.
For people who have not passed the screening to be an egg donor, the website says, "Receive a $50 eGift card if [your referral] is accepted into our egg donor program, and a $150 reward for the referred donor’s first completed cycle. For women who have passed the screening, the website says, “...the referral reward increases! If your referred egg donor is accepted into our egg donor program, you’ll receive a $50 eGift card. When she completes her first donation cycle, you’ll receive $950.”
